How do turn on a panasonic toughbook?

I don't know what model it is, just want to know if there is a button somewhere on it (side, back, under a cover somewhere...). Not interested in power cord options. Just want to know where the power button is.

I had trouble with this as well, because the switch is not as obvious as most computers.

Back by the power cord plug-in, you will see the word "POWER" with a small direction arrow. At first, I though it was pointing to the place to plug in the power cord, but it's not. Below the "POWER" is a small slide switch, and the direction arrow is showing you the direction you need to slide the switch to turn the power on.

Ya, I had a facepalm moment when I figured out this one.
